Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

Orders are shipped directly from Japan.
Estimated delivery time is approximately 20 business days from the shipment date.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance procedures, local postal services, and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
